The Creative Journey Ceremony

Suggested Materials:

• A blank sheet of paper
• A pencil (not a pen)
• A light-colored candle, new and never burned before (preferably small to medium-sized)
• A representation of the Air element (e.g., incense to burn or a feather)
• A container with water
• A representation of the Earth element (a crystal, plant leaves, or seeds)
• Any sacred object that supports your connection with the voice of your Spirit
• A delicious warm tea (optional)

If you have essential oils my suggestions are Lavender and Frankincense.

You can diffuse,  inhale on your hands and/ or rub in your heart and back of the ears.

The Sacred Space
  • Set aside some time and space just for yourself, preferably in a clean, organized room.

  • Clear the table where you’ll be writing as much as possible.

  • Arrange all the objects on the table in a way that feels beautiful to you.
Take your time, feeling where each item belongs and trusting your intuition.
I usually suggest creating symmetry, as it brings harmony and helps the energy flow better.

  • Play the playlist below, or choose your own music.

Now, close your eyes for a moment and tune into your feelings.

Notice your breath as you choose to release the thoughts passing through
your mind. Drop into a place of silence, and connect with your inner voice.

Creating a Sacred Space (EN)-2.jpg
  • Light the candle, connecting with the Spirit of Fire and its power to bring light and warmth into your heart.

  • Light the incense and take a long, deep breath as you connect with the Spirit of Air and its power to inspire creativity.

  • Connect with the Spirit of Water and its power to teach you about surrender and flow.

  • Connect with the Spirit of Earth and its power to teach you about balance and safety.

Write down your answers to the following questions on the paper, without pausing to think about what you want to write. Allow the words to flow through you intuitively, even if they seem nonsensical—just let your subconscious overflow onto the paper.

Who are you today?

How would you like to feel when you gaze at this Talisman

that will be eternalized on your skin?

Fill the entire page with your words, then read what you wrote.

Highlight the parts that stand out to you the most.

Now, open the form on your device and, inspired by the words that flowed

through you in this process, answer the questions there, please.

Fold the paper with your answers and place it under the candle’s plate until

the candle has burned down completely.

If possible, plant this paper with your intentions in the Earth.

If that isn’t an option, keep it somewhere safe and bring to the Tattoo Ceremony.
